Kathleen O'Hara

Individual and family therapist facilitating emotional mastery and anti-fragility in families.

As our Mental & Emotional Wellbeing Head at Qineticare, Kathleen has over 30 years of experience as a psychotherapist helping families and individuals to transcend the most complex of life’s challenges.

Kathleen has developed her own Integrated Health Model which recognizes four areas of human health: mental, emotional, physical, and beliefs, in terms of spiritual, religious or humanistic. Using this model, she identifies the key challenges that individuals or families are facing in these four areas, supporting them to find alignment and get back on track.

Individuals working with Kathleen learn to cultivate resilience, strength and the important values that truly make us human—courage, hope, optimism, loyalty, honesty, respect for self and others, leadership, compassion, joy, temperance and humility. When working with families to build strong and stable relationships, she focuses on improving interpersonal communication, understanding emotional dynamics, and proactively addressing key challenges.
