Taye Davey

Systemic family psychotherapist helping clients navigate relationships and life transitions.

Taye is a Systemic Family Psychotherapist with a dedicated focus on relationship dynamics and life transitions. She supports clients in stepping back to understand the wider relational context—how family systems influence who we become, the roles we inhabit, and the patterns that may echo across generations. Through thoughtful exploration, she works collaboratively with clients to foster clarity, insight, and the possibility for meaningful, lasting change.

Taye holds a deep belief in the healing potential of the therapeutic relationship, which she places at the centre of her work. With sensitivity and attunement, she creates a space where clients can safely connect with both their vulnerabilities and their strengths, encouraging growth, resilience, and personal healing.

She brings a rich understanding of the mind–body connection to her therapeutic practice. Taye began training as a psychotherapist in 1994, qualified as a yoga teacher in 1996, and later trained in Psychosynthesis and in Bert Hellinger’s Systemic Family Constellations. Her varied professional background—including work in the financial sector in the City of London and running her own wellness business—continues to inform her holistic, integrative approach to supporting clients in all aspects of their lives.
